1. Join the webinar early to configure your device.

Ensure your speakers are working prior to the webinar.
Connecting early will give your device the chance to download updates or plugins. Click here to check your connection prior to the webinar to check for updates or compatibility issues.
You can login as a guest, or you can use a name of your choice, such as the name of your school or library. No password is required for the visits.

2. Contact us for support.

Our moderator will be connected 30 minutes prior to the webinar start time, and can help you with connection or sound problems.
